Purpose of the app
The app is strictly an AI-powered social skills and communication simulator for personal development and entertainment.
Suggestions, openers, vibe checks and scores are estimates generated by AI and are not professional, psychological, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Users are strictly prohibited from recording or uploading non-consensual private data.
Do not upload content involving minors, intimate imagery, or material obtained without the consent of the people shown.
You agree not to write sensitive personal data about another person into notes — health, sex life, religious or political beliefs, national ID numbers, or financial details. Keep notes to what you would be comfortable saying out loud to that person.
Voice notes are for recording your own summary. Do not record another person's voice without their consent — in some countries that is a criminal offence, and the recording is transcribed by a third-party service.
Responsibility & disclaimer
The user bears 100% legal responsibility for how they use the generated opening lines and advice in real life.
VibeCue AI is not liable for real-world dating outcomes or personal interactions.
Prices, renewal and cancellation
Who takes the payment depends on where you bought. On the website it is Stripe. In the Android app it is Google Play, and Google's own terms and refund policy apply as well — the last section below is about that. Either way, your card details go to them and never to us.
Every price you see is the final one, with the tax for your own country already in it. Nothing is added afterwards: the amount on screen is the amount charged.
On the website, Premium Rizz Pass costs €4.99 a week, €14.99 a month or €99 a year, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. While it runs, 50 credits are added to your account every seven days — the same on every plan.
On the website, credit packs are one-off purchases: 20 credits for €2.99 and 100 for €12.99, each 30% cheaper while you have an active subscription. Credits do not expire and are added to whatever you already have.
In the Android app the amounts are not the same. Google adds the tax for your country to the price we set, so what you pay depends on where you are. The app shows Google's own figure — the one that will actually be charged — before you confirm anything.
You can cancel at any time, and where depends on who sold it: a subscription bought on the website is cancelled from your profile, and one bought through Google Play is cancelled in Google Play, because only Google can end it. The app sends you to the right place. Either way Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, no further payment is taken, and credits already in your account remain yours.
An analysis costs 1 credit, or 2 when it includes a photo. Every new account starts with 5 credits at no charge.
If you bought through Google Play
Google Play takes the payment, and Google's terms and refund policy apply in addition to this document. Nothing here limits what Google offers you.
Prices come from Google and include the tax for your country, so they can differ from the amounts listed above, which are the website's.
Your subscription is managed and cancelled in Google Play. We cannot cancel it, change its plan or alter its renewal date for you — those are Google's to do, and the app links you straight to the right page.
Google runs its own refund process and may decide to refund a purchase under its policy, whatever this document says about ours.
Credits and Premium reach your account once Google has confirmed the payment, which is usually immediate.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
This is digital content supplied immediately. Before every purchase you are asked to confirm that you want it delivered straight away and that, by doing so, you lose the 14-day right to withdraw under the Consumer Rights Directive. The confirmation is asked again each time and is never remembered from a previous purchase. Without it the right stands and the purchase cannot proceed.
Once delivery has begun — that is, once a credit has been used or a subscription period has started — the purchase is not refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty. If credits were charged and not delivered, or an analysis failed and the credit was not returned automatically, write to us and we will put it right.
